Vespa Los Angeles – Shipping Policies Terms and Conditions

Shipping Policies

· Domestic Delivery: Vespa Los Angeles ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

· Carrier Selection: We utilize the most economical shipper and rate unless a customer specifically requests expedited service.

· Cost Confirmation: All shipping charges will be confirmed with the customer before any charges are processed.

· Inventory Availability: Not all parts are in stock at all times; we will notify you via email regarding any out-of-stock items.

· Address Corrections: Corrections requested after a package has shipped are not guaranteed and may incur carrier-imposed fees.

· Signature & Liability: UPS and FedEx generally do not require a signature unless specifically requested by the consignee. Delivery without a signature is at the carrier's sole discretion, and Vespa LA is not liable for package theft.

Returns Eligibility: To be considered for a return, items must be in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging.

· Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

· Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the package arrival date.

· Condition Restrictions: We cannot accept open, damaged, or used items for refund or exchange; such items will be returned to the sender.

· Return Shipping: All return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer, except in cases where an error was made by Vespa Los Angeles.

Shipping Damage & Non-Delivery

· Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed for all shipped packages.

· Reporting: It is the customer's responsibility to report non-delivery or items that arrive damaged.

· Notification Window: You must notify Vespa LA within 5 business days of the delivery date indicated by the tracking number.

· Damage Inspection: If an item is damaged, please save all packing materials and contact us to arrange for a carrier inspection so we can facilitate a replacement.
